ORAL Presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Prepare your PPT file <\/strong>possibly using the following >> TEMPLATE<\/a><\/strong> (the use of the template is recommended but NOT compulsory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Bring your PPT file<\/strong> (saved with ID number and speakers family name) with you on a flashdrive \/ USB stick to the conference. You\u2019ll need to deliver it personally to the technical staff in the room of your presentation, during breaks and at the latest before the beginning of your session.
    If you cannot use flashdrive for company policies, please share the PPT file with     conference@aimnet.it<\/a> before the beginning of the Conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you wish your presentation (also in a shorter version) to be distributed as PDF file <\/strong>to all attendees after the Conference, you are invited to share it with conference@aimnet.it<\/a> at the latest by the end of the Conference, 13 May 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. For your PRESENTATION please check the correct schedule<\/strong> at: https:\/\/submit.m-n.marketing\/event\/66\/contributions\/<\/a><\/strong>
    <\/strong>You\u2019ll avail of 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q&A)<\/strong>. We strongly advise to limit possible company presentations to 1 or 2 slides, so to focus the presentation on the technical\/scientific contents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Send by email to conference@aimnet.it<\/a> by April 30th<\/sup>, 2026<\/strong> the following information, so that the session chair can introduce you properly to the audience:

    POSTER Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For the preparation of your poster, we kindly invite you to use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    >><\/strong> the international standard ISO 216 A1<\/strong> (594 mm width \/ 841 mm height)
    >> 120 grams<\/strong> paper recommended<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The panels will be already branded with Conference logos (template<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Authors will have to bring their printed posters directly to the Conference Venue in Milano: Milan Marriott Hotel<\/strong> | Via Giorgio Washington 66 | 20146 Milano (MI) Italy.
    Material for setting posters up will be available at the Conference Registration desk. The poster should be hanged on the panel with the relative #ID paper number.
    Posters can be posted on May 11, 2026, from 8:00.
    All posters will be displayed during the entire period of the Conference.
    Authors are invited to be available beside their poster for Q&A with attendees during one or more of the scheduled coffee breaks. If your wish you can add your contact details to the poster so that other attendees can reach you easily.

    Full paper submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Full-Length Manuscripts (or one \/ two pages Extended Abstract) should be upload before April 15, 2026 (new deadline). <\/strong>
    You need to log-in with your credentials<\/strong> to the submission platform in order to be able to submit your full paper or extended abstract.

    Please make sure to submit your full paper online via your account in time.

    The signed Copyright Assignment Agreement should be received before March 31, 2026. <\/strong>

    Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In general authors have no free admission to the conference.
    Presentations will be included in the program and papers\/extended abstracts in the proceedings, only if the author that will present (speaker), is registered and the conference fee is paid before March 13, 2026.<\/strong>
    We consider a maximum of two papers for each registered speaker.

    Proceedings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The full text or extended abstract of the accepted papers will be published in the electronic proceedings and issued to attendees on arrival at the Conference.

    Certain papers may be considered for publication in the AIM journal La Metallurgia Italiana \u2013 International Journal of the Italian Association for Metallurgy<\/strong>, which is covered in the Science Citation indexed by Clarivate Analytics (formerly Thomson Reuters), and in Scopus by Elsevier B.V.

    Authors submitting abstracts to EEC & EMECR may be selected by the Scientific Committee and invited to submit their full papers to the JCR ranked journal Ironmaking & Steelmaking<\/strong> for consideration by the Editors. If the paper undergoes successful peer review, it will be published in the journal as part of a special issue dedicated to the conference.
