The use of the template is only recommended, not compulsory.
If you wish to have your presentation in PDF format distributed to ECIC 2024 attendees, we kindly ask you to send us it by 11 October 2024 with the disclaimer PDF presentation by email (aim@aimnet.it). The PDF presentation to be distributed can also be a reduced version of the PPT presentation. Please save the presentation (both PPT and PDF) with your paper number and surname (example: ecic_XXX _”surname”).
If you wish to send in advance the PPT file that you’ll use for your presentation at the Conference, kindly name it with your paper number and surname (ecic_XXX_”surname”) and send it by email (aim@aimnet.it) before the beginning of the Conference.
If you cannot send your PPT file in advance or if there’s any update in your PPT presentation, we invite you to bring it on a pen-drive/USB flash drive and hand it over to the technician in the room of your presentation before the beginning of your session.
