The full texts of all papers will be published in the form of electronic
proceedings and issued to delegates on arrival at the Conference. A
selection of the best papers will also be published on “La Metallurgia
Italiana - International Journal of the Italian Association for Metallurgy”,
the scientific journal of AIM, which is covered in the Science Citation Index
Expanded by Thomson Reuters and in Scopus by Elsevier B.V.

speakers
• Your paper’s
identification number (ESSC plus number) must be reported at all times and
on all your correspondence with the Organizing Secretariat.
• Please inform us
(aim@aimnet.it) if you should decide to
withdraw your paper, as soon as possible.
• Papers will be
published in the electronic form proceedings and issued to all attendees at
the registration desk in Bergamo, Italy.
We consider speaker (presenter):
• one for each paper, the other authors are
considered regular participant
• each speaker can present a maximum of two
papers.

Speakers failing to register or to pay by the
deadline will not be included in the program and their paper will not be
published.

cancellation and refund policy
A refund, less 20% deduction for administrative costs, will be issued for
written
cancellations received by March 31, 2017.
For speakers who notify their cancellation after March 31, 2017 or will not
attend
the Conference, a charge of 100% of the conference fee will be withheld.
Their papers will be published anyway in the proceedings and a copy of the
proceedings will be sent after the event.
