Hotel reservation
To reserve accommodation, the relevant Hotel Reservation Form attached to the Conference Circular should be completed and transmitted
to PARC HOTEL PARADISO & GOLF RESORT by September 30, 2010.

Booking is on a first-come first-served basis. The PARC HOTEL PARADISO & GOLF RESORT will charge the 50% of the total amount at the confirmation. The 50% sent will be deducted from the final bill to be paid before arrival.
The payment of the 50% must be made via credit card; accepted credit cards are: VISA (No Electron Visa), EUROCARD, MASTERCARD
Cancellation or booking changes can only be made writing to PARC HOTEL PARADISO & GOLF RESORT.
• Cancellation received before September 16, 2010: full refund, deducted booking fee
• Cancellation received after September 16, 2010/ no-show/ no notice: no refund
